Funded NVQs for anyone over 18 years of age
Each course is individually certified.
2 days FREE training with groups of 6 or more staff enrolling on a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care NVQ, which includes National Minimum Care Standards (NMCS) training.
The training also contributes towards their evidence for their NVQ, so all we have t do is visit and complete work based observations of staff performance.

| NVQ HSC Level 2 Adult Care |
The candidate will complete 6 units over a period of a minimum of 4 months. This is intended for carers, support workers, healthcare assistants, and care assistants. This award is about direct care, where the focus is hands-on care, (doing things for clients) enablement care, and development and maintenance of the clients independence (supporting and enabling clients to do things for themselves). The NVQ is work orientated, and is aimed at those who have current real work experience. Equivalent to 4 GCSEs.

| NVQ HSC Level 3 Adult Care |
The candidate will complete 8 units over a period of 4 to 6 months. The qualification is about the delivery of physical, emotional or enabling care to clients/service users. Equivalent to 2 'A' Levels

| NVQ HSC Level 3 Caring for Children and Young People |
The candidate will complete 8 units over a period of 4 to 6 months. The qualification is about the delivery of physical, emotional or enabling care to clients/service users. Equivalent to 2 'A' Levels

| NVQ HSC Level 4 Caring for Children and Adults |
The qualification is about the management and delivery of physical, emotional or enabling care to clients/service users. The candidate will be managing and delivering care in support of others, and will be accountable in the area of practice. This course is degree level. The candidate will follow the Adult or Children and Young People path.

| NVQ Level 4 Management |
The candidate will complete 8 units including 5 mandatory units and 3 optional units. The Management level 4 qualification is aimed at individuals with more personal responsibility and autonomy in their management role than at level 3, who have the ability and the opportunity to demonstrate recognisable management and leadership skills, for example managing business processes, developing and implementing operational plans, leading, planning and implementing change, managing finance, providing learning opportunities. Individuals may find that the focus of their work is more to do with managing projects, or with technical matters, than with people.
